We began our Alaskan journey in 2015, when we moved from New Jersey to Seward, AK. Our property is situated on Lowell Point which has the best views in all of Seward.
We began with our home and one rental unit which is attached to the main house and we have continued to expand every year! We now offer 8 rentals all of which have outstanding views and are very unique. We hope you will enjoy everything Seward has to offer and look forward to seeing you soon.- Todd Marcus, Owner

We are proud to offer eight unique vacation rentals on our waterfront property, along with a relaxing hot tub for our guests to enjoy. Every rental is thoughtfully designed with comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery in mind, providing all the comforts of home.
