Thank you for taking the time to visit our website to explore our property. We began our Alaskan journey 5 years ago when we moved from New Jersey to Seward, AK. Our property is situated on Lowell Point which has the best views in all of Seward. We began with our home and one rental unit which is attached to the main house and we have continued to expand every year! We now offer 6 rentals all of which have outstanding views and are very unique. We hope you will enjoy everything Seward has to offer and look forward to seeing you soon.- Todd Marcus, Owner

We offer competitive rates throughout the year. Our properties are managed through Millers Landing. Visit our individual properties for pricing and specs. We use Miller's Landing to book/manage our properties.
